A session is 60 min.
A session will typically be a combination of Sound Massage with Tibetan singing bowls and Tuning fork therapy ending with a short alchemy crystal bowl Soundbath.
There is also the option to work with the tools individually and to focus on specific areas or issues in the body/mind.
In all treatments the focus is on deep relaxation of the body and mind.
When the body is in a state of deep relaxation and stillness, its own healing capacities are activated.
Sound therapy is a help to self-help, a support to the body/minds amazing self-healing potential.

Sound massage was developed in 1984 by Peter Hess.
Sound Massage with Tibetan singing bowls:
Unlike a traditional massage, in the sound massage there is no direct physical contact between the client and the practitioner. In the sound massage we are using the singing bowls and their sound and sound vibrations. During the session, singing bowls are placed on the dressed body and tapped gently to create the vibration. The relaxing vibrations and tones are absorbed by the whole body. A state of deep relaxation will be experienced within a short while. In this state of deep relaxation, the body’s own capacity for healing will be activated and the whole system will be reset.
Tuning fork therapy
Tuning fork therapy is a very gentle way to treat body and mind and restore inner balance, calm and harmony.
In tuning fork therapy, we are working after the same principles as acupuncture, improving the body’s functions and support the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific meridians and points in the body with tuning forks of different frequencies.
The frequencies used during the treatment corresponds with the frequencies of the biological and energetic system of the human being in its natural state of health. In this way we can affect the body positively by harmonizing the frequencies in the body.
Soundbath with Alchemy Crystal bowls
The pure sounds of alchemy crystal bowls attune us to the natural state of wellbeing and wholeness through sound, vibration, and frequency. It harmonizes imbalances in the body, mind, and emotional state.
I always end a sound treatment session with a mini soundbath with the pure and powerful sound quality from the Alchemy crystal bowls. I work with a set of crystal bowls, which main purpose is supporting and opening the heart center, relaxation, and grounding.
The Tibetan singing bowls:
I am using Tibetan singing bowls that are made in Nepal after directions from the Peter Hess Institute. They are made especially to use on the Body. It is important that a bowls frequency is aligned with the body’s needs, so the vibrations harmoniously can access the part of the body, we are working with.
The Peter Hess bowls are the result of a development work through 40 years, which combines tradition and modern science, knowledge about sound and vibration in the body.
It is said that Tibetan singing bowls are forged with a prayer in every hammer blow, infusing them with a million prayers of pure intention for the highest good.

The Alchemy crystal bowls:
My alchemy crystal bowls are from Crystal Tones. Crystal bowls are made from 99.992% pure crushed quartz combined with gemstones and precious metals. The bowls carry and amplify vibrations of metal, minerals and crystals into our system including the cellular structure. Each bowl is tested with digital technology to identify its sound and note.
Some bowls harmonize with other bowls, and when played simultaneously, the effect is exquisite, synergistic and very healing. Crystal bowls are powerful tools in effecting change in one’s life.
